You will learn all aspects of managing a collision repair with a focus on the process of acquiring the correct mechanical and sheet metal parts needed for a quality repair.

Participate in Developing a Proper Repair Plan for Each Vehicle
Obtain Mechanical and Sheet Metal Parts from Vendors
Read Estimates and Order Parts in Accordance with Insurance Company Guidelines
Prepare Estimates in Accordance with Insurance Company Guidelines
Maintain Excellent Communication with Auto Body Technicians and Estimators
Requirements:
Automotive Experience Required - Mechanical or Collision
Strong Computer Skills - Web based programs, Fast typing
Strong Math Skills
Professional Personality
Valid PA Driver's License
Excellent Communication, Organizational & interpersonal Skills
