Amazon provides businesses of all types and sizes the opportunity to sell their goods on Amazon platform worldwide. With 300+ million active customer accounts, including 200 million+ Prime customers in Amazon marketplaces, Amazon is developing infrastructure aggressively to support this growth around the world, particularly in the booming cross border selling area.

Key job responsibilities

LISTING CREATION: In order to sell products, sellers need to provide Amazon with data on their products and fill in the data into product creation files following Amazon’s content creation guidelines. This process is a major point of friction for sellers which we plan to reduce.

The candidate's responsibilities would include:

• Integrating seller content to the Amazon platform.

• Integrating external content to the Amazon websites using Amazon internal content creation templates.

• Correcting and enhancing existing content of products that have high visibility on the Amazon website but show poor content.

• Working with sellers to gather requirements and helping to build the tools and processes to increase the ease and efficiency with which sellers integrate with Amazon.

• Working with the On-boarding team to gather knowledge in tools used for complex integration and support them to implement the integration.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Hangzhou, 33, CHN | Shanghai, 31, CHN | Shenzhen, 44, CHN

Basic Qualifications

- - Bachelor degree and 2-3 years of relevant working experience..

- - Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel) applications.

- - Excellent communication skills with the ability to face external and internal partners in a professional and mature manner.

- - Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and passion for delivering great customer experience is required.

- - Attention to detail and high capability to work on different projects in parallel

Preferred Qualifications

- - Creative and analytical problem solver with a passion for operational excellence

- - Ability to work with IT systems, understand and work with XML feeds, SQL/DW would be an added benefit.
