Position Summary

POSTION SUMMARY:

The IT Support Analyst is responsible for providing technical support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, provide local infrastructure support, and escalate complex problems to senior IT support staff. Adhere to policies and defined operating procedures. Update IT Ticketing system records in real-time with relevant information regarding customer interactions, technical steps taken and resolution notes. Develop and manage effective professional working relationships with user community, co-workers, and interdepartmental colleagues. Prioritize tasks based on priority and ensure timely resolution of support requests in accordance with defined SLA’s.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide daily onsite and remote IT support via Phone/Chat/Email

• Consistently meet and/or exceed SLA expectations and deliverables.

• Break/Fix support as issues are discovered and resolving issues in a timely manner

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows, MacOS, iOS and Android platforms, ensuring high availability and optimal performance

• Escalate priority support issues to senior IT support members or other Corporate IT departments as needed

• Troubleshoot wireless and remote connectivity issues

• Build & configure workstations for new users and upgrade existing equipment as needed

• Assist with projects as assigned.

• Assist in managing local IT Infrastructure at office and escalate issues to Sr Associates

• Oversee the asset management of IT equipment, including inventory tracking, maintenance, and lifecycle management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

• 1+ years of relevant work experience.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users effectively.

• Proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office products

• Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Technology Associate (Preferred)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work flexible hours including at times nights and weekends.
