DESCRIPTION:
Patricio Enterprises is seeking a candidate to support short-to-mid-range strategic planning by developing guidance to align efforts with Army and DEVCOM long-range objectives.
Primary duties will include (but not limited to):
Work with stakeholders, leadership, and subject matter experts on the development and implementation of HR Systems and Microsoft 0365 implementation and support.
Provide program strategies, requirements analysis, and management plans to include research and analysis of new initiatives, and assist in concept development for future programs.
Support short-to-mid-range strategic planning by developing guidance to align efforts with Army and DEVCOM long-range objectives.
Ensure that the implementation of the aforementioned programs work in an integrated fashion and are appropriately supported and developed to guarantee a high and continuing level of efficiency to benefit the organization
Assist with developing and providing a strategic view on the further development of Talent Management efforts in order to support the work and development of the organization into the future.
Provide a weekly update to Government lead for purposes of communicating efforts to Senior Leadership
Assist in preparation for meetings, conferences, and program reviews, reserving facilities, scheduling speakers, and sending notifications to potential attendees.
Be capable of communicating, clearly, both orally and in writing.
Be capable of performing assigned tasks with minimal oversight or correction.
Have thorough knowledge of SharePoint as well as Microsoft Office Suite of applications, to include Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: This is a normal office working environment.
