DESCRIPTION:

Patricio Enterprises is seeking a candidate to support short-to-mid-range strategic planning by developing guidance to align efforts with Army and DEVCOM long-range objectives.

Primary duties will include (but not limited to):

• Work with stakeholders, leadership, and subject matter experts on the development and implementation of HR Systems and Microsoft 0365 implementation and support.

• Provide program strategies, requirements analysis, and management plans to include research and analysis of new initiatives, and assist in concept development for future programs.

• Support short-to-mid-range strategic planning by developing guidance to align efforts with Army and DEVCOM long-range objectives.

• Ensure that the implementation of the aforementioned programs work in an integrated fashion and are appropriately supported and developed to guarantee a high and continuing level of efficiency to benefit the organization

• Assist with developing and providing a strategic view on the further development of Talent Management efforts in order to support the work and development of the organization into the future.

• Provide a weekly update to Government lead for purposes of communicating efforts to Senior Leadership

• Assist in preparation for meetings, conferences, and program reviews, reserving facilities, scheduling speakers, and sending notifications to potential attendees.

• Be capable of communicating, clearly, both orally and in writing.

• Be capable of performing assigned tasks with minimal oversight or correction.

• Have thorough knowledge of SharePoint as well as Microsoft Office Suite of applications, to include Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word

  PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: This is a normal office working environment.
