Beyond Trafficking Volunteer Program Coordinator in Abilene, Texas
**[Volunteer program and event coordinator manages volunteer activities for an organization.

- Recruitment: Finding new volunteers and promoting opportunities for people who want more hours
- Placement: Interviewing and hiring volunteers, then assigning them to roles that match their skills and goals
- Training: Developing and implementing training programs for volunteers
- Recognition: Organizing volunteer recognition programs and special events
- Communication: Keeping volunteers informed of schedule and administrative changes, and regularly communicating with them to ensure a good fit
- Records: Maintaining accurate records on volunteers, including applications and other data
- Evaluation: Assessing volunteer programs to ensure effectiveness and recommending changes
- Reporting: Providing statistical and activity reports on volunteer participation
- Partnerships: Working with local organizations to develop partnerships that utilize volunteers
