Emerson Reliability Solutions Sales Manager in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Reliability Solutions Sales Manager:

The primary responsibility for this position is to grow Emerson Reliability Solutions business in the Central Region (UAE, Oman, Yemen, and Lebanon) for all industries. This role is focused on Emerson signature brand AMS™, offering a comprehensive line of vibration measurement instrumentation, software, analysers, and systems which are used in a wide range of industries such as refineries, chemical & petrochemical, power plants, metal & mining and other process facilities.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Drives growth in Reliability Solutions business of Emerson for the Central Region by developing and implementing differentiated initiatives and strategies to grow Emerson current market share.

  • Balances focus on the different portfolio of the Reliability Solutions business.

  • Identifies, qualifies, and leads opportunities to increase the current funnel.

  • Meets or exceeds the financial goals for the region by country. Manage opportunity funnel and submit quarterly and yearly order forecast.

  • Drives sales directly and through local sales channels.

  • Reviews and provides input/feedback on all proposals generated by the proposal team, collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to build the best suited technical solution for customers.

  • Supports and expands current installed base.

  • Extends client relationships at both the site and corporate level through well rounded account management activities.

  • Adds new value to the customer’s business and maintain a goal-oriented approach to the business partnership.

  • Coordinates customer’s events to promote Emerson products. Support marketing programs, strategies, and new product promotion.

  • Collaborates with Emerson Key account Directors, segment leaders and project pursuit team.

For this Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor of engineering or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • 3-8 years of relevant work experience in similar industry/ markets
