Job Description

This person will report to the VP of Operations and assist in the direct procurement process.

Duties include:

  • processing a bill of material (BOM) tailored to customer orders

  • ordering raw materials

  • replacing inventory for any sold/used material

  • purchasing other materials based on site needs

  • communicating with pre-established vendors

  • working with the Design and Engineering team

  • overseeing inventory planning and management

  • implementing inventory control procedures

  • coordinating and managing logistics operations

Must Have Qualifications:

  • Manufacturing experience

  • ERP: Net Suite

  • 3+ years of Buyer experience

  • Direct Purchasing experience

Soft Skills

  • High communication skills

  • Team collaboration

Work Environment

This position supports the Addison location and will be assigned to either the Texas or Colorado sites. The role requires onsite presence Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm, with some flexibility in start and end times as long as the 8-hour workday is met.
