About the role

We are seeking an experienced Fleet Planner to uphold the team’s organisation among the maintenance of the client’s operational assets. The position engages with stakeholders to support the maintenance and upkeep of aircraft to preserve their airworthy condition.

Day to day, the Fleet Planner is responsible for providing oversight, reviews and conducting a schedule for a monthly, yearly and five yearly maintenance plans. This includes attending and coordinating fleet planning meetings, to organise project and stakeholder maintenance plans and coordinating service schedules to maximize aircraft availability.

About you

To be successful in this role and to best leverage the opportunities provided by L3Harris, some skills & experience ideal applicants will bring include;

  • Australian Defence Security Clearence Negative Vetting 2

  • Exceptional organisation skills

  • Prior scheduling experience

  • Prior experience in aerospace or Defence industry

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.

  • Conversant with succinct brief writing and data presentation
