We are looking for a Part-Time Food & Beverage Attendant who can confidently deliver unforgettable experiences with a warm welcome, inspired recommendations, and seamless service. Specifically, we’re searching for a barista who brings exceptional skills, solid experience, and a double shot of enthusiasm to make every moment special.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

• Taking guest orders and making menu recommendations as our go-to coffee expert

• Preparing and serving a wide variety of hot, cold, artisan and specialty beverages

• Effectively preparing and serving a high volume of beverages during service

• Set up and pack down the venue/outlet as required

• Set up your work station – stock up on all the supplies you’ll need, manage your inventory and make sure all your equipment works

• Working closely with the restaurant and kitchen teams to deliver a truly seamless food and beverage service

• Minimizing waste and keeping your supervisor or duty manager in the loop about any unsafe equipment, low supplies, or safety incidents

• Taking on ad-hoc duties to keep the service running smoothly

You will also have:

• Experience & knowledge - Hands-on experience with brewing equipment, knowledge of various hot and cold beverage recipes and espresso production and previous experience working in a hotel or restaurant is essential

• The strength to lift, push and pull big objects up to 23 kg, which can also involve bending and kneeling

• Your strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities so every guest leaves with great memories

• The flexibility to work across a rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays

• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification (SA/Nationally Accredited) & Food Safety Certificate

• The unrestricted right to work in Australia
