Working arrangements: Some remote work possible, onsite on an as needed basis. Must be within driving distance of a DSTG site.

Contract extensions: 1 x 6 months

Rates: $120 - $150 per hour (inc. super)
Defence Science and Technology Group is seeking an organisation to provide software development services to support and further develop our Data Management and Science & Technology Reports platforms.
The platforms use current web development frameworks deployed via CI/CD pipelines and managed using Agile development methods. We require candidates that satisfy all of the Essential and Desirable criteria as well as holding a current NV1 clearance.
Essential Criteria
Demonstrated experience in Linux administration and Web Application configuration (Response weighting 20%).
Demonstrated Experience with current Web Development Frameworks and languages (Response weighting 30%).
Demonstrated Experience customising and deploying full stack web applications and their associated CI/CD pipelines (Response weighting 20%).
Demonstrated Experience with DSPACE (Response weighting 30%)
Desirable Criteria
Demonstrated experience with RedBox (Response weighting 40%).
Database Management and Development skills (Response weighting 30%).
Experience with Python (Response weighting 30%).
