Compensation for the Data entry -- Project Coordinator
- $18 -- $19 Per Hour DOE
- Monday -- Friday, 6 am -- 2:30 pm

Responsibilities for the Data entry -- Project Coordinator
- Responsible for updating item status in tracking system Wrike/Centric
- Monitor the development process once items are identified, and communicate development progress and/or problems and delays to appropriate departments
- Submit and track submissions in our system including saving concepts, taking sample photos, saving client comments, and keeping accurate digital files throughout the approval process
- Ship pre-production and/or production/contract samples to clients
- Issue requests from our client for changes to concepts, and samples as needed to the appropriate department or company
- Work directly with our client in their approval system or email
- Ensure client products are approved at each development stage
- Communicate with the client, and appropriate departments and companies as needed
- Update our training manual as changes occur
Other duties as assigned
Requirements for the Data entry -- Project Coordinator
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- At least 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Time managements and prioritization skills
- Good listening, verbal, and written communications skills
- Strong work ethic and exceptional attendance record
Ability to lift/move 5 lbs. regularly, 25 lbs. occasionally, and 40 lbs. rarely
