Job Title: Project Manager
Job Description
As a Project Manager, you will act as the liaison between design, architect, construction PM’s, CLP, and the Permit Expeditor. Your responsibilities include follow up on approvals, identification and validation of contact lists from Real Estate, managing tracking spreadsheets with all partner updates, and running weekly coordination calls. You will also work closely with the Design team to manage special conditions or jurisdictional requirements that fall outside of typical design parameters. You will coordinate with construction on the priority of execution based on approvals and material availability and work with the designer to identify renderings required for special situations or location-specific needs.
