Description We are searching for an Office Manager in Albany, New York, who will be instrumental in providing support to our office operations. The role is primarily concerned with the execution of accounting functions, customer service, and managing billing functions. This opportunity offers short term contract employment within the telecom provider industry.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the use of Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services to ensure smooth running of office operations.

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suites, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook, for daily tasks and communications.

• Handle all accounting functions including but not limited to Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Manage billing functions to ensure timely and accurate billing of services.

• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving customer inquiries and problems in a timely and professional manner.

• Monitor, process, and maintain customer credit applications and records.

• Take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments and maintain customer credit accounts.

• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to credit and billing operations.

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless office operations. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required for efficient financial management.

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is necessary for handling payroll and benefits administration tasks.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel are needed for managing spreadsheets, charts, and reports.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites is a must for creating and managing documents, presentations, and databases.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook is essential for managing emails, calendars, contacts, and tasks.

• Expertise in Accounting Functions is a must for handling bookkeeping tasks, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary for managing outgoing payments and invoices.

• Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) is required for handling incoming payments and tracking invoices.

• Knowledge of Billing Functions is essential for issuing invoices, tracking payments, and maintaining financial records.

• Strong Customer Service skills are needed for handling queries, solving problems, and ensuring satisfaction of office visitors and employees.
