Alaant Project Specialist – Operations in Albany, New York

Hours and Benefits for the Project Specialist – Operations:
$52,000 to $54,000 a year
Hybrid Work Schedule (Friday Remote)
3 weeks PTO + Paid Holidays + Paid Sick leave

Assigned off-street parking
Responsibilities for the Project Specialist – Operations:
Responsible for assisting with Accounts Payable duties for all finance matters, including:
Maintaining A/P email and database
Reviewing and paying invoices
Vender management with new and existing accounts
Assist with 1099 year-end filing process
Other duties, as required
Requirements for the Project Specialist – Operations:
Two-year degree or equivalent professional experience
Accounts Payable or related financial/accounting role preferred
High attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
