Senior Product Manager, Zoom Chat
What you can expect
As a Senior Product Manager at Zoom, you will own Zoom’s activity center and Team Chat notification system. You will expand to other collaboration areas within Zoom Team Chat. This includes driving the strategy and roadmap for these critical features. You will work with large enterprise customers, build client-facing features, and ensure a seamless, delightful user experience across desktop and mobile platforms. Collaborating closely with engineering, business owners, and customers, you will translate goals into clear product specifications and deliver world-class enterprise-grade features for Zoom Team Chat.
About the Team
You will be part of a dynamic product management team responsible for shaping the future of Zoom’s messaging and collaboration products. The team focuses on enhancing user engagement through advanced notification systems and creating a unified experience across products and devices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, gathering insights from customers and stakeholders, while driving the delivery of innovative features that delight Zoom users.
Responsibilities:
Drive strategy and roadmap for Zoom’s activity center and Team Chat notification system.
Define and develop advanced enterprise-grade features for Zoom desktop and mobile client applications.
Connect with customers to understand their goals and needs, translating them into specifications.
Work with feature management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Product Board.
Define product requirements and collaborate with the User Experience team to design product experiences.
Create a world-class User Experience that delights users.
Evangelize the product and vision to customers of all sizes, from single proprietors to Fortune 100 executives.
Maintain a high-level understanding of software architecture with a technical background.
What we’re looking for:
5+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS based Enterprise focused organization.
Be quick learner with passion and resilience who is comfortable in an evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.
Experience in building notification systems that drive engagement in collaboration and messaging products.
Experience creating technical product and design documents.
Have built applications for Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android.
Understand UX/UI sensibility - you understand when having a few pixels offset could determine success or failure.
Have a proven record of managing and successfully delivering new products and features.
Recognize that speed is everything but prioritizing the right thing is equally important - you appreciate delivering impact quickly.
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$94 600,00
Maximum:
$218 700,00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
