WorkSource Oregon Digital Marketing Specialist in ALBANY, Oregon

This position is responsible for developing, prioritizing, tracking, analyzing and implementing the eCommerce marketing strategy that results in market share growth and enhances product awareness of the eCommerce channel. Promotes the company in outbound electronic communications and educates customers in service offerings through electronic marketing tools. Develops new ideas or concepts for marketing programs and campaigns. Participates in company events and inter-departmental projects. The eCommerce Marketing Specialist is responsible for marketing efforts focused on generating increased interest for website, online applications, online and mobile banking, mobile deposit, bill payment, funds transfer, eStatements, debit cards, Visa gift cards, and future eCommerce products and services. Major Duties and Responsibilities Weight Description Essential 20% Develops and updates content for the credit union\'s member facing website, internal intranet and social media with current disclosures, product changes, promotions and financial literacy. Responds to questions and posts in a timely and brand positive manner. 20% Develop and manage a quarterly adjusted online/digital content calendar. 20% Proactively identify opportunities and initiate digital/social marketing strategies and tactics to increase awareness and product penetration. Assists in production of fully integrated marketing campaigns across multiple marketing channels. Campaigns are to be imaginative and engaging while meeting time and budget constraints. Collaborate with cross-functional team members on content ideas to create dynamic, impactful and differentiated content. 15% Create, manage, and report on the deployment of marketing content and campaigns in various digital channels such as network display, banner and tile, PPC, retargeting ads, social media, and email marketing, etc. Analyze and assess results and recommend refinements to enhance performance. 10% Ensures accurate and timely communication to employees and management on marketing campaigns. Distribute educational and promotional collateral through the branch network ensuring consistency with current offers and updates. 10% Coordinate community involvement events and serve as liaison to support branches and their community involvement efforts. Publicly represent the credit union as requested and help promote products and services; examples include financial literacy, educational seminars, media requests, and other events requiring marketing support. 10% Partner with Product Planners to use eCommerce tools as a channel to market their products and services. Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to develop, update, and maintain web marketing calendars including details about marketing messages and target audiences through eCommerce channels. 5% Analyzes market trends and demographic data concerning customers and potential customers. 5% Publicly represent the credit union as requested and help promote products and services; examples include financial literacy, educational seminars, media requests, and other events requiring marketing support.
