Typical Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare food for service using established procedures, standards and recipes
Clean equipment and maintain cleanliness of work area
Set up, serve and clean up for food serving periods
Store food properly
Complete production records
Meet or exceed all established sanitation and safety standards in accordance with AVI policy
