Manufacturing Crib Supervisor located near Albion, IN for a leading manufacturer for the automotive industry. This role is responsible for managing and overseeing the tool crib operations. To be considered - must have H.S Diploma with experience maintaining the inventory of tools and equipment used in a manufacturing or industrial setting (Automotive experience is ideal).

Required qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED

• Must have at least five (5) years of supervisor experience within a manufacturing environment (Automotive experience is ideal)

• Experience managing and overseeing the tool crib operations

Preferred:

• BS or AS degree in a technical field

• Maximo/EAM experience

responsibilities:

• Oversee the Plant Distribution Crib's functionalities, including warehousing, shipping, receiving and handling of materials

• Perform Analyses on the stock levels of parts to identify needs and areas for improvement

• Set reorder points to ensure adequate stock

• Execute inventory cycle counts

• Prepare and manage the budget for the tool distribution crib

• Identify critical stock items and set up special systems to monitor usage

• Directly coordinate the work schedule for Crib employees

• Obtain quotes, select suppliers and place and monitor Crib Purchase Orders

The essential functions of this role include:

• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
