Express Employment Professionals Construction Repair Supervisor in Albuquerque, New Mexico
Job Duties:
- The Construction Repair Supervisor is responsible for the oversight and management of all activities and tasks associated with Home Repair Program
- Will create and maintain all project documentation, including, but not limited to budgets, schedules, assessments, applications, photos, and any other documents and reports generated for the program.
- Maintain positive relationships with volunteers, sub-contractors, and neighbors.
- Supervise all work-site activities while enforcing worksite safety and creating a fun and inviting place for volunteers to work
- Determine budget, materials, and execution for each repair project
- Any other task assigned
Education/Qualification Requirements:
- Must have a High School Diploma/GED plus 1-year experience in residential construction and/or similar repair programs.
- Experience with worksite safety and code compliance a plus
- Knowledge of construction codes, policies, and guidelines as well as experience with scheduling, budgeting, and work completion reporting.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and file management skills
- Must have valid New Mexico driver's license and auto insurance along with a dependable motor vehicle due to the amount of driving
