Job Description
The Counter Sales Associate is responsible for assisting customers, processing transactions, and promoting products or services to meet sales targets. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
Job Requirements
This position requires a customer-oriented individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Actively promote and sell products to meet or exceed sales targets
Upsell additional items or related products, maximizing the transaction value
Provide product data as required to provide customers with all information required to perform their project successfully
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
Utilize Microsoft Office applications, such as daily tasks and internal communication
Stay informed about product updates or additions
