In this role, you will apply traditional and transformers-enabled NLP methods to develop reliable and accurate GenAI applications. This is predominantly a solution implementation position with a smaller element of cutting-edge NLP research. But our commitment goes beyond our clients as we continue to live the Withum Way, promoting personal and professional growth for all team members, clients, and surrounding communities.How You’ll Spend Your Time: Designing and developing AI implementation techniquesLeveraging knowledge of AI tools, machine learning models, and other open-source technologies to appropriately select and build productsWorking among the team to develop, architect, and implement GenAI solutionsCollaborating as part of larger delivery teams which may include engagement managers, business analysts, architects, developers, user experience designers and change management professionalsSharing best practices with internal team members and clientsDemonstrating ability to work on and potentially lead multiple projects simultaneouslyManaging client expectations throughout a projectConducting research to identify new developments and to keep to date on the latest advancements within Generative AIThe Kinds of People We Want to Talk to Have Many of The Following: High School Diploma requiredA minimum of 1 years of consulting experience and proven ability to gather and assess business requirements, develop and present solution alternatives, produce design and migration strategy documents, provide guidance and knowledge transfer to client staff, and test / implement an approved designRequirements (1+ years) in most but not all of the following:Experience with HF Transformers or Torch, JAX codingTraining of PLMs based on the encoder (BERT or similar), encoder-decoder (T5 or similar) architectures for a specific use case such as sequence classification or NLIUnderstanding of advanced RAG architecture patterns (e.g. Graph-RAG, RAG over DB) beyond the baseline chunk-based RAGCoding experience with any of the recognized LLM frameworks, e.g. Langchain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, etc.Prior experience with traditional NLP techniques, including a thorough understanding of Entity Recognition, Disambiguation & Linking, Relation ExtractionIf you have a passion for GenAI and NLP, and want to work on cutting-edge technology, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
