Materials Associate Needed For Medical Manufacturing Company in Allendale, NJ

Location: Allandale, NJ

Position: Shipping Clerk

Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm (overtime is available)

Pay: $20.50/hour - $24/hour/hour ; Overtime: $30.75/hour - $36/hour

Permanent Position - Full benefits offered with the position. Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, Life Insurance etc.

Job Description

Operate forklifts and actively cross-train in various warehouse functions including materials management, logistics, final product shipping, inventory control, and more.

Responsibilities include: receiving and unloading materials, verifying shipment accuracy, inspecting incoming materials, sorting and logging inventory, arranging shipping, maintaining inventory counts, adhering to safety and quality protocols, and ensuring work areas are organized and clean.

Hard Skills

• ERP knowledge for inventory tracking

• Operate sit-down forklift

• Shipping/Receiving utilizing FedEx, UPS, DHL shipping methods

• Organizing warehouses

• Loading and unloading inventory

• Lifting up to 50lb boxes

Soft Skills

• Proactive communication

• Accuracy in task execution

• Problem-solving abilities
