We are offering an opportunity for a Payroll Specialist to assist in transitioning our current payroll program to the new platform. Located in Allentown, Pennsylvania, this on-site role is within the telecom provider industry. It is a contract role that involves working with payroll systems such as ADP HRB and assisting with implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the transition of the current payroll program to the new payroll platform

• Ensure smooth implementation and operation of ADP HRB payroll systems

• Monitor and resolve any issues or inquiries related to payroll

• Ensure accurate processing and recording of company's payroll

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth payroll operations

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll systems and implementation best practices

• Follow all company protocols and mandates, including those related to health and safety

• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding payroll operations

• Support the team in conducting interviews to gauge the level of experience of potential candidates

• Prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of all payroll-related tasks.

Requirements

• Excellent data entry and numerical skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll information

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Good problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
