We are seeking a Project Technician focused on eMOC North America Power User and Facilitation at our Global Headquarters in Allentown, PA!

This position is the power user and facilitator for the North America Operations, Fleets, and Policies and Procedures communities. This person will provide guidance to operations personnel for nearly 300 operating plants and advise on status steps.Primary Responsibilities:

Support PROS project managers, maintenance managers, and Non-Cryo Gen Gas group.

Create SAP project and route Capital Project Request

Submit Capitalizations, Capital Asset Disposal Request, Capital Project Cost Reporting

Create Service and Materials Requisitions and release in SAP and monitor purchase orders/complete goods' receipt in SAP

Invoice Resolution with Vendors

Act on reports from project accounting and accounts payable to update projects and resolve payment issues.

Confirm insurance and safety documents from vendors are up to Air Products standards and get new vendors established in SAP.

SAP Power User for Project System and initiate ApprovaOne tickets for SAP roles.

Initiate and follow up on DT tickets in Service Now

Interact with OPS, OPS engineering, SAP teams and technical teams.

Daily management of critical metric improvement

Maintain preset owners/approvers/FYIs, plant location list and update the technical field approver matrix.Qualifications:

Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.

5+ years of experience in Accounting, Project Controls, Project Systems, turnaround execution, or related activity preferably in a construction or industrial environment

Basic understanding of operating plant environment, accounting principles, and change management

Proficient in the use of computers and business software, including Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook) OneNote, Adobe Acrobat, and SAP Project / Maintenance Modules, QlikSense:Required Skills and Abilities:

Demonstrates positive, supportive, and cooperative behavior in interacting with co-workers, supervisors, and management.
