Job Description: The Career Development Program (CDP) is a 2-year rotational program designed for entry-levelSupply Chain majors.While in the program, Career Development Participants (CDPs)will have the opportunity to build and enhance their professional skills, get a better understanding of their strengths and development needs, andgain insight on their career interests. The program consists oftwo, 12-month in-person rotations that include a variety ofpotential opportunities to choose from.

We are interested in candidates who are highly motivated and have excellent interpersonal skills, recognized leadership experience and outstanding academic records in supply chain.

Typical assignments for Supply Chain CDPs may include: Network Optimization Supply Chain Distribution Improvement Supply Chain Analyst Fleet Operations and Maintenance Improvement Analyst Sourcing/Procurement Analyst Materials/ Inventory Management Analyst Business and Pricing Management Analyst

Qualifications: B.S.in Supply Chain Graduating in December 2024 or May/June 2025; prior graduates from as far back as August 2023 will also be considered Strong academic performance; minimum 3.0 GPA Relevant work experience (prior co-ops or internships) and involvement in campus activities
