Job description As the Manager of the Coil Winding Department and Electrical Panel Shop, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of coil winding and electrical operations within our magnet manufacturing plant. You will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality magnets, meeting production targets, maintaining quality standards, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Coordinate production efficiently throughout your department, bringing new, creative ideas that increase productivity and efficiencies while establishing credibility and respect from the employees. Coordinating people and tasks, monitoring and mentoring the employees to deliver exceptional results in organization, efficiencies and on-time delivery ensuring quality measures are maintained.
