What is the job about?

GRUNDFOS Kazakhstan is looking for a Marketing Coordinator, who will report directly to the local team and collaborate with our marketing team in a global set up. Your main responsibility as Marketing Coordinator is to ensure and drive initiatives that support both online and offline sales activities and initiatives prioritized by local Marketing to increase product and brand awareness as well as customer satisfaction. In close network with both sales and marketing departments you will deliver high quality activities on time, such as proofreading the materials, driving social media presence and representation at respective events.

• PIOI/ EAC instructions coordination: close work with Group, translations agencies, local technical staff, proofreading. Close work with regional divisions marketing

• Coordination of materials translation (booklets, catalogues etc.): translation, adaptation, proof-reading. Close work with regional divisions marketing)

• Gimmicks coordination (needs investigation, production, quality control)

• Deal with agencies, press preparation for printing, color adjusting. Processes are required physical check and approval

• Support in digital strategies integration into local market (Google advertising, social networks, YouTube promotion, website)

• Coordination of campaigns

• Onsite support with organization of exhibitions, customer visits, seminars, other

• Communication with government and national companies, preparation of the official letters in local language

What do you need to apply?

We imagine that you hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and/or combined with over 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role. Most importantly, you are detail oriented and keen about networking and communication.

Moreover, you:

• Have experience with and are comfortable working with various stakeholders across borders, and are able to work on a tactical as well as an operational level

• Have experience with managing projects, and proofreading technical material

• Experience with Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshopis highly preferred

• Understand and have experience with inbound marketing and can apply your knowledge into increasing conversion rates

• Have strong communication skills

• Speak and write in Russian and English fluently; Kazakh language on a high level is preferred but not a must

• On a personal level, you are pro-active, self-motivated and show a positive energy in your work relations. You are good at networking and building relations. You are accountable, openminded and ready for changes.
