You as a Field Service Engineer are responsible for post sales service support, including system/solution implementation. The Service Engineer is someone who has a passion for success — on the job and beyond with a drive to complete a job to a high standard. Managing expectations is crucial so having strong interpersonal skills is crucial when taking care of Customers. They are open to developing and being challenged, thrives under pressure and continually seek to improve. In this role you will be ideally located in the South of the UK; there is flexibility to be central south, south east or south west.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Attending the customer site to provide installation, training, repair or maintenance activities. As part of your day to day activities you will maintain and grow customer relationships through excellent customer service & communication. You will also, provide support regional revenue targets by promotion service contracts and additional services.

• This is a field based role and at times will include nights away, typically 1 or 2 nights per week.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Willingness to travel 5 days per week (with some nights away from home)

• 3-5 years field service experience in electro-mechanical engineering, ideally within the coding and marking industry.

• A bachelor degree in Engineering would be a plus
