Sujet du stage : Lean / 5S / Gaspillage

Au sein de la Production, sous la tutelle d’un leader de production, vous aurez pour mission de:

Développer et améliorer notre culture 5S et de lutter contre les MUDA.(gaspillages )

Le 5S est en cours de déploiement au sein de nos chaines et des audits hebdomadaires sont réalisés afin de garantir un niveau élevé de 5S sur nos chaines de production.

Le stagiaire aura pour taches de mettre à jour certaines lignes en réalisant divers travaux Lean (ilotage, réalisation de standard, identification, etc…).

En parallèle, il sera demandé au stagiaire d’analyser les gaspillages industriels de certaines lignes, de proposer des améliorations afin de faire progresser l’efficience de nos résultats.

Exemple de MUDA: surproduction, surstockage, ou stocks inutiles, transports et déplacements inutiles, surprocessing ou traitements inutiles, mouvements inutiles, erreurs, défauts et rebuts, temps d’attente et délais, sous utilisation des compétences.

Votre capacité à d’analyse, votre dynamisme, votre implication et votre autonomie feront la différence.

Conditions de stage

  • Le stage s’effectuera dans le respect des règles d’hygiène, de sécurité et des gestes barrière.

  • Le stagiaire devra se conformer au règlement intérieur de l’établissement

  • Maître de stage : leader de production

  • Lieu du stage : Amiens

  • Durée : 4 semaines - ouvert aux élèves de 1ere année d’école d’ingénieur
