WTW Account Manager in Amman, Jordan

Role

  • Kick-off meeting to discuss transition plan, service requirements, renewal and claim handling instructions

  • Finalize service agreement

  • Follow up with carriers to confirm BOR in place

  • Establish finalized action plans for transition timeline due dates, service plan, and communication protocols

  • Set up weekly transition conference calls

  • Present client with WTW team chart

  • Discuss open/pending claims and finalize claim handling instructions

  • Provide copies of policies, current 5 year claims history, copies of current year applications and any currently issued certificates of insurance

  • Determine open items with legacy broker(s)

  • Address any outstanding items with carriers

  • Discuss certificate protocols, including special instructions

  • Enter certificate holders into certificate system

  • Pre-renewal strategy discussion for deeper dive into Client's business, risks/exposures, develop risk profile analysis in preparation of the renewal strategy meeting

Requirements

  • Preferably educated to degree level or relevant industry experience

  • Proven track record of delivering high levels of client service

  • Strong practical knowledge of account development and appropriate tools to achieve this aim

  • Experienced knowledge of insurance markets globally in order to deal effectively with client and WTW needs

  • Knowledge of WTW products and services

  • Skilled at building effective relationships, at all levels, with clients, prospects, associates, insurers and external specialists

  • Ability to represent the practice and WTW with integrity and credibility
