This is a job for an Remote Accounts Payable with a company located in the Garland, TX area.
Responsibilities: Reviewing invoices to ensure they are accurate and coded properly. Audit and reconcile existing data from internal and third-party systems. Communicate with vendors to assist in the reconciliation process.
Qualifications: Previous experience working with financial documents, focused on accounts payable. Previous experience working with invoices and working with third party vendors. Proficient and accurate keyboarding, data entry, and computer use - medium to heavy volume. Microsoft Office intermediate skills -- Excel, Word, and Outlook email.
