To fill this position successfully, it is important that you have the following skills:

• You are persuasive with good communication skills both verbally and in writing
• You enjoy thinking with the team for efficient handling of tasks. You enjoy working interdepartmentally and collaborating effectively with other teamleaders.
• You are an ambassador of the Hilton Values (Hospitality, Integrity, Leadership, Teamwork, Ownership & Now).
• Good command of both Dutch and English languages. Any other languages would be an advantage.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• A positive, proactive attitude where 'leading by example' is a key word
• Previous experience with our PMS system, OnQ is a plus
