As one of our passionate Lab Technicians or “souls” you will intrinsically share our values and continually exceed customer expectations. Extraordinary customer service skills, excellent product knowledge, strong retail experience and the drive to share the beauty of our craft, are essential in this role.

With your passion for our brand, scents, art, design and craftsmanship, you provide every customer with an amazing sensorial experience, which he or she will often remember with pleasure.

Qualifications

· 1-2 years of sales experience (preferably in the beauty sector)

· You have a passion for niche fragrance, art, design and craftsmanship

· Service expertise in a luxurious environment: able to provide inspiring, authentic and personalized customer service

· You can find yourself in the values and standards of the brand: downtown lifestyle, craftsmanship, alternative mindset

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· You are a very creative person with an eye for detail

· Prepared to work flexibly during store hours, including evenings, weekends and during special events

· Knowledge of languages: Dutch and English

· Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is a plus
