Under general direction, provides general administrative support to a department or group of professionals. Exercises considerable discretion and independent judgment and is capable of analyzing complex information requests and determining complex trends.

This position requires knowledge that is acquired through experience, specialized education or training. The role has clearly defined procedures and tasks as well as defined guidelines to aid in decision making. The job should possess a good knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the range of processes, procedures and systems to be used in carrying out assigned tasks and a basic understanding of the underlying concepts & principles upon which the job is based. The knowledge can be acquired through a combination of job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience. The job requires the ability to make judgements based on practice and previous experience. This job typically requires a minimum of 5 or more years' experience.

In this role you will be working closely with the Mako Senior Director Sales Europe & Mako European Leadership Team, supporting the daily operations of the Robotics Program across Europe

Key Responsibilities

  • Contract Management

  • Contract & Service agreement management.

  • Communicating directly with customers

  • Issuing quotations and gathering purchase orders

  • Reporting & Analysis

  • Creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages

  • Gathering and analyzing 'Big Data', feeding the various dashboards on Power Bi.

  • Preparation of presentations for Mako Leadership for monthly and quarterly business reviews

  • Product Management

  • Lead the upkeep and management of the product listing liaising with marketing and asset teams.

  • Field Service Operations

  • Run the Sales Force platform, managing the creation of work orders and up keep of accurate data.

  • Act as liaison between FSE, Customer Service in EU & US, Master data & Asset Managers

  • Manage the invoicing process for Mako related activity in Europe.

  • Process Improvement and Team Coordinator

  • Monitor department processes and seek opportunities to improve operations. Leveraging cross

What are we looking for?

  • Degree in, Sales or Marketing or related experience in a medical, scientific field or technical career

  • Previous experience in the Medical Devices industry and solid knowledge of the healthcare system will be beneficial

  • English fluent Speaker

  • Advanced competencies with Microsoft Office
