You will play a key role in driving our inorganic business growth, increasing the number of lives that Philips can improve globally. You will interact with Key Leaders both internally and externally driving deal success and a positive employee experience for newly acquired and/or divested employees.

You are responsible for

  • Contribution to the design of performance and rewards policies, processes and tools which will have a global impact;

  • Contribution to global performance management and recognition practices, compensation & grading in strong collaboration with markets;

  • Collect and analyze results from benchmarking partners, business requirements and market developments;

  • Work closely with stakeholders such as Market Rewards, HRBP/HRMs, TA, PPS and Managers.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • Bachelor/Master degree;

  • At least 3-5 years in the role in Rewards function;

  • Excellent analytical skills (advanced knowledge of Excel);

  • Project and Stakeholder Management experience;

  • Knowledge of benchmarking, policy development preferred;

  • Good business acumen.
