As a Sales Representative , you'll help us deliver on our mission of making healthcare better by promoting and selling Stryker's world-class Joint Replacement portfolio - South East Netherlands

Your key responsibilities:

  • In your new role, you will start with a familiarization phase with product trainings to learn about the product portfolio and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • You will be planning and executing business plans. You will implement strategies in the sales process and conduct negotiations including with surgeons, hospital administration and purchasing departments.

  • With the product knowledge you have built up, you advise and train medical and surgical professionals on its use during demonstrations. You will also occasionally provide in-theater support, if needed.

  • Furthermore, you will prepare orders for interested customers and be a reliable partner for our customers during order follow-up to ensure a timely delivery date and thus a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • You will participate in congresses and business meetings in order to find potential new customers and to expand your knowledge for customer contact.

What are we looking for?

  • You already possess sales experience, preferably within medical devices or related industries.

  • You hold a diploma/degree preferably in related fields such as physiotherapy, healthcare, business administration, medical devices, or technical career.

  • You hold a valid driver's license.

  • Proficiency in spoken and written Dutch and English is required.

  • Empathy: you understand our customers' needs and keep going until you both have achieved a successful outcome. A strong customer interaction experience is important for you as you place the customer at the heart of everything you do!
