The Senior IT Business Analyst will contribute to Stryker's service management strategy by partnering with the European customer service and technical field service teams, to develop future minded IT capabilities.

Is this you?

You have Experience You at least 4 years' related experience. Knowledge in technical field service and customer service processes/tools. You will have experience with at least one of the following; Salesforce.com, ServiceMax, Oracle and/or SAP.

You speak Fluent English A key part of this role will be to work with international stakeholders across the world. Knowing one or more additional languages is a plus.

You have a Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Computer Information Systems or related degree; Qualification in Business Analysis or equivalent, is preferred.

You love a Challenge A self-starter who enjoys problem solving and creating innovative solutions. You can organize and direct diverse activities in a changing environment, often under time pressure.

You Build Relationships Excellent communicator who is effectively able to establish connection and related to business challenges. Next to that, you build and maintains successful relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and customers.

You do the Right Thing You have a high level of integrity, responsibility, discipline, and attention to detail. You understand the importance of keeping tabs of what is always going on in your goals/projects.

What will you do at Stryker?

• Build and maintain strong relationship with the Divisional teams and functional teams.

• Partner with business and technical teams to drive consensus on the best solution to business problems and the delivery of new solutions and enhancements.

• Define tangible use cases that align desired technology output to commercial objectives.

• Recommend business process and system changes to improve efficiency and business outcomes.

• Ensure clear communication between business stakeholders and IT technical teams.

• Improve the business analysis function through best practices, process management, mentoring, and education.
