Filtration Manufacturing Inc Administrative Assistant in Andalusia, Alabama

Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations, preparation of regularly scheduled reports, monthly inventory tasks, assist with shipping documents, filing and scanning documents, customer quotes, customer service, assist with data entry, respond to emails, input and update information in databases and spreadsheets, verify orders, and prepare monthly commission reports.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, must be able to learn and acquire proficiency in Filtration Manufacturing's proprietary software application(s), excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work, ability to work independently and in a team, attention to detail, problem-solving, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
