ManpowerGroup Quality Manager in Anderson, Indiana

Job Title: Quality/EHS Manager

Location: Anderson, IN

Pay Range: $60,000 - $70,000

What’s the Job?

  • Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and implement systems for continuous improvement in safety.

  • Assemble environmental and OSHA reporting requirements specific to a Magnesium foundry.

  • Understand and manage the impact of process aspects on product quality.

  • Conduct internal quality audits and manage external audits.

  • Participate in production and process groups to ensure quality requirements are met.

What’s Needed?

  • Knowledge of OSHA standard requirements.

  • Experience in environmental waste management and reporting.

  • Ability to maintain Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) on hazardous materials.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to develop and maintain safety procedures.

  • Understanding of production and process aspects affecting product quality.
