Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant in Anderson, South Carolina. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating and overseeing production progress against customer request dates, tracking planned dates versus required delivery, and escalating risks associated with schedules. This role is within a manufacturing context and involves a high degree of collaboration with various teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with Project Managers to track and communicate production progress against customer request dates.

• Facilitating traceability and responses to queries from the project management team to the production team.

• Working with the planning team to track planned dates versus required delivery.

• Escalating risks associated with schedules based on various production phases.

• Communicating risks related to materials, quality, or purchasing to relevant teams.

• Creating visibility to shipping readiness and completion back to the Project Management team and leaders.

• Ensuring excellent customer service through effective planning and coordination.

• Handling materials and ensuring quality control in line with project management standards.

• Utilizing communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and handle queries.

• Coordinating schedules, ensuring traceability, and promoting teamwork in a manufacturing environment. Requirements • Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Consultant.

• Exceptional customer service skills.

• Strong planning and organization abilities.

• Proficiency in materials handling and quality control.

• Demonstrated experience in project management and production.

• Ability to monitor and report on project progress.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Experience in shipping and logistics is a plus.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders.

• Capable of responding to queries in a timely and effective manner.

• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to foster a team-oriented environment.

• Experience in the manufacturing industry is desirable.

• Proven ability to coordinate schedules and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Understanding of traceability in the supply chain and production processes.
