On With Life, a premier brain injury/stroke rehabilitation center, is seeking a full-time Development Specialist!
As a member of the Foundation team, this position is responsible for or assists with:
Planning and executing fundraising events, including goal setting, event strategy and committee participation
Executing the annual giving program, including appeals, employee giving campaign and leadership giving society
Works with the Foundation team to identify, develop and maintain high quality relationships with individuals and organizations

Qualified applicants have:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business and/or Non-profit fundraising, or similar field if supplemented by considerable progressive experience in resource development.
Minimum two years of direct foundation/philanthropy experience, specifically in the areas of annual giving, database management and event management.
