We are seeking a dedicated a call center support rep to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service by assisting employees with inquiries due to company vehicle accident, injury or service issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction. Your empathetic approach, communication skills, and technical knowledge will contribute to enhancing the well-being of our employees while they are on the road. Schedule: Shift will vary, must have a flexible schedule.

salary: $19 - $20 per hour

shift: Third

work hours: 6 PM - 7:30 AM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Join a team of customer service professionals that takes pride in the support of their customers. In this position you will need the following qualifications to : Shifts Available Monday-Friday 6PM to 2:30AM, and 7PM to 7:30AM.

  • Ability to coordinate service repairs by taking incoming calls from employees, law enforcement, claims adjusters, and claims departments.

  • Must Have High Call Volume Customer Service Experience.

  • Excellent typing skills 25-30 wpm, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and 10-key skills needed.

  • Ability to work a variety of shifts which include days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

  • Track and communicate any issues or problems that arise.
