Sr Financial Analyst

Our public safety client, located in Ann Arbor, MI is looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst to join their team on an interim basis. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with large data sets but can find the right balance between complex analysis and simplification of deliverables. Power BI experience is nice to have!

The day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Analyze large datasets and simplify complex analysis

• Use Power BI to visualize data and share insights

• Apply analytical skills to make data-driven decisions

• Automate data mining processes where possible

• Balance between complex analysis and simplification of deliverables.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the following skill sets:

• Proficiency in handling complex datasets is essential

• Familiarity with Power BI or similar tools is preferred

• Strong analytical skills are necessary to interpret data effectively

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred

• Must have a strong attention to detail and the ability to make decisions based on complex financial data

• Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to analyze financial data and propose solutions.
