We are seeking an Application Engineer IV.

The candidate is responsible for: facilitating, coordinating, and supervising efforts and designing, developing, and updating a strategic plan, to manage data and compliance to the related policies and standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Creating and implementation of an EIS-wide data strategy.
• Data governance.
• Development of data management infrastructure and associated tools.
• Save and destroy data, based on rules.
• Ensure quality and usability.
• Meet requirements for compliance with regularity policies and standards.
• Create tools to provide automated reports and information about systems performance to facilitate decisions.
• Analyze and process data to obtain actionable insight.

Data Management - The analytics team is focused on delivering reliable, accurate data to our end users.

Required Qualifications: - Strong background in analytics development - PIG - Py-Spark

Preferred Qualifications: -Patch Management and IAVA Tracking -Python -Java -Scala -Nifi -Ansible -Experience working in Agile environment

Position requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance. US citizenship is required.

Qualifications:

• 12 years minimum experience and a High School Diploma/GED
• 10 years minimum experience and an Associate's Degree
• 8 years minimum experience and a Bachelor's Degree
• 6 years minimum experience and a Master's Degree
• 4 years minimum experience and a Doctorate's Degree
• All experience and education will be in a technical field directly related to the labor category being proposed and all diplomas, GED certificates, and degrees will be from accredited institutions.
