Kaizen Approach, Inc Psychometrician in Annapolis Junction, Maryland
Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team that supports your well being and professional development? If so, we are currently looking to hire an experienced Psychometrician to apply solution-oriented experience while leading customer focused projects. In this role, you will be responsible for leading groups of SMEs throughout the development of certifications and evaluation process.
Requirements:
Five (5) years demonstrated experience developing and maintaining certifications in compliance with accrediting bodies, such as the Institute for Credentialing Excellence and National Commission for Certifying Agencies
Demonstrated experience in applying knowledge of current industry best practices for certifications
Five (5) years of experience designing and constructing legally defensible test facilitation, Standard-Setting Panel Administration
Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Industrial Psychology from an accredited college or university
Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
Highly Preferred:
Five (5) years of experience within the Intelligence Community and/or DoD
Certified Credential Specialist by the Institute for Credentialing Excellence
Doctorate degree in Industrial Psychology or related field from an accredited college or university
