Position Details:

• Role: Medical Scheduler

• Location: Annapolis, MD

• Hours: Mon-Fri 7-5pm (Flexible from those hours, 8 hour shift)

Responsibilities: As a Medical Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations at this outpatient high-volume clinic.

• Check-in/Check-Out: Welcoming patients, verifying insurance information, and updating patient records.

• Scheduling Appointments: Efficiently managing patient appointments and coordinating with healthcare providers.

• Experience: Utilizing EMR to document patient interactions, manage referrals, and streamline administrative tasks.

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Minimum 1 year of patient registration experience.

• Proficiency with EMR.

• Strong communication skills and a caring demeanor.

• High School Diploma or GED
