Job Title: MIG Welder

Job Description

Join our team as a MIG Welder in a very fast-paced, production environment. Your primary responsibilities will include Pulse (MIG) welding on mild steel throughout the day using weld fixtures and symbols to complete units within set timeframes. Expect to perform around 2,000-2,500 welds per day, emphasizing consistent cosmetic welding. You will be tasked with loading metal onto fixtures, welding parts of the unit based on symbols, unloading once complete, and passing the unit to the next welder. Productivity is measured at the weld cell level, not individually.

This is a fully on-site position in Anoka, Minnesota.

Work Environment

The role is based in a manufacturing facility that is not air-conditioned and may get hot. The position requires bending, twisting, and lifting all day in a production-based setting. Attendance is crucial; more than four occurrences of absenteeism or tardiness within six months may lead to disciplinary actions, and any occurrences within the first 30 days can result in termination.
