What’s in it for you?
Develop and implement business plans and strategies to increase turnover figures and footfall, and to
improve the shopping center and the customer experience
Follow lease negotiations to avoid vacant spaces, maximize owners’ revenue and reach optimal commercial mix, prepare adequate analyses
Follow-up on the technical aspects and facilities of the building with the support of the technical manager
Follow-up of procedures and legislation on (fire) safety and the environment, follow-up legal inspections, conformity, energy consumption,...
Drawing up, coordinating and following up budgets (CAPEX, OPEX, rental income) in consultation with the clients
Be responsible for the common charges and the marketing budget. Forecasting, executions, and closure. Develop strategies to use efficiently the budget granted
Follow-up payments of rent and charges with accounting service and contact tenants when necessary
Let us talk about you
You have a university degree ((business) economics, law...)
You have minimum 5 years relevant experience in a commercial environment
You are French native with a good knowledge of English
You are discreet and sociable personality with a sense of accuracy, team player
You are hands-on, responsible and stress resistant
You are proactive, with an ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
