From our Distribution Center in Beerse, we support commercial and clinical shipments worldwide in support of Innovate Medicines and Advanced Therapies. Important Planning and Administrative responsibilities are covered by our DC Beerse Admin team to support the Warehouse Operations in DC Beerse: shipping clerks, transport documentation, letter of credits, miscellaneous shipments, warehouse planning, planning and ordering of consumable and managing inventory & destructions.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaged people leader , who believes in servant leadership, strives for excellence in service, thinks in organizational efficiencies and collaborates throughout the wider organization while focusing on continuous improvement!

Your role will be:

• Coaching, developing and leading your team to create a culture of Safety, Quality & Compliance and Performance

• Building bridges between activities bundled in the DC Beerse Admin team

• Managing short and longer term capacity planning

• Supporting Health Authority inspections and audits

• Supporting ongoing projects and initiatives

Qualifications

Required

• You acquired a master or bachelor’s in business administration / economics / engineering with relevant experience in supply chain functions

• You are comfortable operating in a dynamic environment within a global organization and have a strong interest in leading and coaching a team.

• You communicate effectively with stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization, both in Dutch and English.

• You challenge the status quo, ask the right questions and inspire others to continuously improve our processes and organization.

Preferred

• Relevant certifications: APICS, lean certifications, FPX, etc.

• Knowledge of ERP systems

• Experience in organizing, shaping and managing a team in an operational and dynamic environment
