Job Description

As a constantly growing company, Danfoss is looking for motivated employees who want to work with us on our success. We are seeking a Design Engineer to join our diverse team.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

• Design and implement customer specific adaptations.

• Participate actively in new product development (NPD) projects.

• Prepare specifications, analysis, and recommendations for current and new products.

• Participate actively in quality improvement activities

• Leading Control Change projects for product changes as required.

• Coordinate activities as needed it for support areas as Sample Shop, Packaging, Laboratory, etc.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or advanced course work in areas relevant to product development is required.

• 2-4 years of experience in the design of mechanical products and components. Experience with HVAC products will be an advantage.

• Experience with 3D CAD (knowledge of Autodesk Inventor will be an advantage)

• Ability to work effectively in a high quality, deadline committed environment.

• Great interpersonal skills and an enthusiastic team player.

• Global mindset and outstanding communication skills.

• Good time management and project management skills to organize and plan effectively in developing systems and processes.
